We accept all patients... uninsured and insured! We also accept Medicaid and Medicare patients. All patients are treated with dignity and respect.

The Virginia WIC is a nutrition program which provides nutritious foods, nutritional education, and referrals to health and social services to:

Infants
Children up to age 5
Pregnant women
Postpartum women
Breastfeeding women

Participants receive vouchers to purchase specific foods each month that are designed to supplement the mothers’ and children’s diet. A wide variety of food stores cooperate in providing the food by accepting WIC vouchers.

The WIC program is a Federal grant program funded by Congress and administered by state agencies. In order to be eligible for the program the applicants must fall at or below 185 percent of the U.S. Poverty Income Guidelines (which currently is at or below $33,485 per year for a family of four). There are more than 7 million people who participate and benefit from WIC each month. About 47% of infants born in the U.S. participate in WIC. WIC has been very successful in improving the health of pregnant women, new mothers, and their babies.
